General Shipping Policy

If you have ordered tea, spices or bath products, your order will be packed and shipped within 5 business days, but usually sooner. A tracking number will be provided to you when your package ships.
All other items, including bags, clothing, cups or anything that has customization added, your product will ship within 7-15 business days, depending on the nature of the product.
To best track the items coming from our printing facilities, please use https://postal.ninja/en as your tracking website. USPS is not always up to date with their tracking information.

►Just a heads up with tracking… the post office is not the best with scanning the packages as they move around the country. Don't be alarmed if it looks like your package has not moved since its shipping day, as that's not uncommon at all!

►You can find the expected ship by date of your order on the receipt under purchases in your account or in your confirmation email.

►If you need an order rushed, contact me. Rush Fees & Shipping Upgrades will apply.

►I ship via USPS First Class. I also use USPS Priority upon request (extra charges apply).

►Please make sure your address on file with Etsy, The Website & PayPal are correct as this is where I ship to unless you make prior arrangements with me through an Etsy message.

►Customs forms for international shipments will be marked with the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or delivery surcharges assessed by their countries, and should check into those charges before making a purchase.

►For custom international items, there may be an additional postage fee due to weight of shipments.

►If the package comes back unclaimed/unopened because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or unsuccessful attempts for delivery; the customer can pay for reshipping or receive a refund less the shipping cost.


Holiday Shipping Policy

ORDER EARLY!
During the Christmas Gift season (Nov. 1-Dec. 5), all shipping will be increased to priority mail shipping. Orders all ship for one price, so it's best to put as much on one order as you can!
Arrival before December 25th on Printed Items cannot be guaranteed after December 1st of any given year, due to the increase in postal traffic during that time.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription boxes ship the first week of every month. In order to be eligible for the next outgoing box, you must be signed up before the 20th of the previous month.
Trial subscriptions boxes are shipped within 3-5 business days of being ordered.
Trial subscriptions are fully personalized and contain the same size items as a recurring plan.
