Custom items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for any reason outside of a mistake being made on the part of the seller. You must provide photographic proof of the mistake when you file your claim. Claim must be made within 3 days of receiving the item in question.
Returns are not accepted on perishable items, such a food, tea, or spices due to the nature of the product. A refund or replacement item will be provided upon photographic evidence being shown of a mistake or damage on the part of the seller.
Seller is not responsible for damage caused by the Post Office or UPS.
Postage with insurance coverage can be purchased at checkout for an additional fee. Choose the Priority Mail Option for insurance.
