There is no alcohol in this product. 

This is an all natural, herbal joint pain relief treatment. Every ingredient is selected for its specific effects on joint pain, inflammation and causes. Herbs are infused in organic vegetable glycerin and raw local honey for at least 6 weeks.

White Willow Bark - Dating all the way back to the time of Hippocrates, people have chewed on white willow bark to help naturally dull pain and inflammation.
