Return Policy

Custom Items

Custom items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for any reason outside of a mistake being made on the part of the seller. You must provide photographic proof of the mistake when you file your claim. No claim will be considered without a photo. Claims of damage or mistake must be made within 3 days of the date marked delivered by USPS or other postal services.

Perishable Items

Returns are not accepted on perishable items, such a food, bath products, tea, or spices due to the nature of the product. A refund or replacement item will be provided upon photographic evidence being shown of a mistake or damage on the part of the seller.

Seller is not responsible for damage caused by the Postal carrier services. If damage should occur in transit, contact us immediately with photographic evidence via our contact page.

Postage with insurance coverage can be purchased for an additional fee.
