General Shipping Policy
If you have ordered tea, spices or bath products, your order will be packed and shipped within 5-7 business days, but usually sooner. A tracking number will be provided to you when your package ships.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, however, if you have an issue with an order, please contact us and we will take the proper steps to make it right.
Orders cannot be replaced for any reason other than damage or defect on the seller's end. You will have to provide photos within 12 hours of the marked delivery date in order to qualify for a replacement product.
►Just a heads up with tracking… the post office is not the best with scanning the packages as they move around the country. Don't be alarmed if it looks like your package has not moved since its shipping day, as that's not uncommon at all!

►I ship via USPS First Class. I also use USPS Priority upon request (extra charges apply).
►During the Christmas season, postage will increase slightly.
